To ensure your account is set up correctly from day one, we offer two distinct inspection modes. Please select Mechanic Mode for comprehensive mechanical health checks, or Bodyshop / Recovery Mode for detailed visual body panel reporting.Whichever mode you choose, your platform comes pre-populated with a complete set of professional default fields relevant to that specific workflow—covering everything from tyres and suspension to cosmetic damage. Crucially, you are never locked into this layout. Every field is fully customisable: you can rename, reorder, or delete items, and even add your own custom checks. Plus, every field supports image attachments, allowing you to document issues visually and provide customers with clear evidence alongside every inspection.

Welcome to Vehicle HealthCheck. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, which provides digital tools for creating, storing, and sharing vehicle health reports. By registering an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms in full.2. Services & Account Creation
Platform Access: We provide a digital database for vehicle fleet management and customizable inspection reports.Setup Period: Upon subscribing to a Monthly (£49) or Yearly (£499) plan, please allow up to 24 hours for manual account creation and activation.Demo Accounts: We offer a 7-day, no-obligation demo account. We reserve the right to terminate demo access at the end of this period.3. Subscription and Payments
Pricing: All prices are as stated on the website. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).Cancellations: Under EU/UK consumer law, you may have a 14-day "cooling-off" period; however, as this is a digital service for business use (B2B), this right typically expires once the service has been fully provisioned or accessed.4. User Responsibilities & Data
Data Accuracy: Users are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle data, images, and status indicators uploaded to the platform.Customer Sharing: When sharing reports via email, you are responsible for ensuring you have the customer's consent to process their data and send them digital documents.Storage: While we provide automated syncing and structured data storage, users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical business records.5. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
Role: We act as a Data Processor for the vehicle and customer information you upload. You remain the Data Controller.Security: We implement industry-standard measures to secure your data and images.Privacy Policy: Our processing of your personal data (as a subscriber) is governed by our Privacy Policy.6. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its default inspection fields and reporting layout, is the property of Vehicle HealthCheck. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business operations.7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by EU/UK law, Vehicle HealthCheck shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from:Inaccurate mechanical inspections performed by the user.Temporary platform downtime or data loss.Disputes between the garage and their end customers.8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and relevant EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Under EU/UK law, you (the garage owner) are the Data Controller for your customers' info and must ensure you have the right to share it with us.5. Data Storage and Security
Syncing: All data is saved and synced automatically to a secure digital database.Retention: We store vehicle history records to allow for long-term service tracking.Security: We use industry-standard encryption to protect uploaded images and sensitive inspection data.6. Your Rights (GDPR/UK GDPR)
